Prepare for a confident start to your breastfeeding journey. This comprehensive class covers the key knowledge and practical skills families need for the early days of feeding your baby.

We’ll talk through important decision-making around breastfeeding, how to get started after birth, and what to expect in the first days and weeks. You’ll learn comfortable positioning and latch techniques, how to recognize your baby’s feeding cues, and how to tell if your baby is getting enough milk. We’ll also cover common early challenges and how to address them so you feel prepared and supported.

This class is designed to give both parents and partners the tools and confidence to navigate breastfeeding together.
